Internet Connection

Your Internet connections should continue to function. If you are having, or begin experiencing problems, please call Pixius Support as usual at 1 (800) 577-5429, Pixius Support is available from 8am to 7pm Monday – Saturday. We are actively working to integrate Pixius with KwiKom, once this is completed KwiKom Support will be available from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week.

Pixius Email

KwiKom will continue to support @pixius.net email addresses. If you have a @pixius.net email address, this service will be migrated to the KwiKom E-Mail system, having little to no impact on this service. Please backup your existing contacts if using the webmail portal. Moving forward @kwikom.net email addresses are available to any customer who would like one.

Phone Service Now Available

In additional to your existing Internet service, phone service for your home or business is now available with unlimited local and long distance calling! KwiKom’s phone service offers features such as caller ID with name, call waiting, three-way calling, voicemail, and more.

Billing

Billing for services will continue to be billed in advance. KwiKom will send Billing Statements for service periods beginning March 31st and beyond. You will receive a Billing Statement each month after thereafter. Billing Statements are generated approximately 15 days in advance and are due by the beginning of the service period.

AutoPay

For your convenience, KwiKom offers recurring automatic payments by credit/debit card or eCheck. We highly recommend using AutoPay to insure your bill is always paid on-time, making your service as worry free as possible. To setup AutoPay, you can call KwiKom’s Billing team at 1 (800) 379-7292, via the online My Account portal.

Online Account Portal

You will be able to view, and pay your bill online via the “My Account” portal. Simply go to My Account in the top right corner and then select “request new login credentials via email by clicking here” — you will need an email on file with KwiKom to set this up.

Changes to the Network

We will begin making changes to the Pixius Network immediately as we identify ways to make improvements. In many cases these changes will be transparent to you but for some customers this means we will have to replace equipment on your home or business. If we need to replace your equipment, we will be in contact with you.

Network Upgrades

Network upgrades will begin immediately, and be ongoing for several months. We will be upgrading equipment on existing towers, as well as adding new towers in and around the Pixius service area. You may experience brief outages as we upgrade your network. We apologize in advance for the downtime. These outages would typically occur in planned maintenance windows.

Equipment Upgrades

Equipment upgrades will be done at no additional upfront cost to you, and may result in the capability of offering you additional speed and service options, including access to KwiKom’s faster Internet plans. These upgrades can not be completed overnight, and we appreciate your patience as you anticipate them.
