Your internet should continue to function the same as before. If you are having problems, or begin to experience problems, please call KwiKom Communications at 1 (800) 379-7292 to speak with one of our experienced support technicians. KwiKom Communications has a full support staff and phone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Changes to the Network
Network changes will begin immediately as we identify ways to improve its operation. In many cases, these changes will be transparent to you, but in other cases, we may need to contact you to arrange a time for one of our technicians to visit your home or business as we work to upgrade and improve your Internet connection.
My Account, What’s Next?
All Seamless.net subscribers will receive a letter, and account update form, in the mail with a copy of your first KwiKom Billing Statement. (If you have an email address on file with Seamless.net you will also receive an electronic billing statement). Your Seamless.net subscriber agreement, and automatic payment details will be moved to, and continued, with KwiKom.
